A resident scans it, answers a few guided questions (severity, a safety check, their unit and a short description), and verifies by SMS. They receive an OX tracking reference on the spot, and the job routes straight to Oxide. There is no app to download and no call to you at 2am.
Can the platform handle insurance claims and private capital works?
Yes. Insurance repairs and privately funded capital works run on the same platform, with one login, one set of records and one point of contact. Every job carries its own cost attribution so you always know what sits with the insurer, the owner or the body corporate.
How does committee approval work?
